The first steps

Our Residential Swimming Courses in Hampshire are open to all UK residents. From your first enquiry, we will do all we can to assist you in taking the first steps towards swimming and water enjoyment.

We have a dedicated team that will deal with your booking from start to finish, so if you need to talk through options or have any questions, please just ask.

We will send you a bit of information about what we do, or talk you through all the options that could work for you over the phone. Whichever suits you best.

If you decide you like us

Once you decide which is the course for you and that you are ready to learn to swim, we can discuss the finer details i.e. dates, accommodation and travel needs. This is when we can check our availability for you. Our courses tend to be booked up 6-12 weeks in advance but there is always a chance of a cancellation spot should you need a course urgently.

The extras

We can help you organise any of the following extras:

• Car hire
• Bed and Breakfast accommodation at Milvil Corner or local hotel ideas.
• Travel information
• Taxi numbers
• Ideas and information of excursions and fun extras
• Restaurant recommendations (we eat out a lot to keep up to date, just for you!)

What then?

Once you are all booked in, we will send you a confirmation email with course dates and times, payment details, what you need to bring and where to park including a map. You can then sit back and relax (or try to) while we get busy organising anything and everything you need to make your course easy and enjoyable!

The money

When you book with us a deposit of 20% is required to secure your course, with the full balance due 4 weeks before you arrive.

We know what an investment a course is, so we can also offer a payment schedule to make our courses affordable to everyone.

Arrival day

Once you are at the pool you will meet your teacher who will show you to your changing room where you can get changed into your swim gear and safely leave your belongings.

As soon as you are changed, we will sit down and talk through the course. This will give us a chance to see how nervous you are feeling, calm you down and run you through the plan of action we have designed to get you swimming.

Your First Lesson

Your teacher will be in the pool with you at all times during the entire course, helping you every step of the way. The pool is only used by you and your teacher during your session, giving you complete privacy to learn. You will find your lesson goes quickly and you will learn a lot. Most people achieve far more in the first session than they thought they would in the whole course, which means we know you will leave after this first day with a spring in your step and a smile on your face!
